I came in here for a late lunch early dinner, after a day of shredding. It was overall an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the ambience was very pleasant. The food was dynamite and the wine divine. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Snowmass village.

This place was close to our condo and it sounded delicious! We came on "Wine Wednesday" do half price wine by the glass or bottle. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but VERY expensive. Just be prepared to drop a pretty penny. It was delicious though!

Located on the second floor right in the heart of Snowmass Village, the Slice of Italy, especially out on the deck, is absolutely gorgeous. On top of the beautiful decor the food is excellent as well. I would highly recommend the pizza, it is very good.

Delicious pizza! We came without a reservation on a Sun evening and were seated immediately (we did come at 6 pm). The restaurant is a little cramped but ok. We ordered a build your own pizza with goat cheese, jalapenos, black olives, mushrooms and pepperoni and the cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread is probably one of the best garlic breads I've ever had. The marinara sauce with it was disappointing. They should just serve the garlic bread - add in black pepper and red chili flakes and you have a winner!! The pizza was delicious too. Definitely fresh and spicy from the jalapenos. We got the 12 inch pizza for 4 of us and were still left with a couple of slices to take back. We also got a bottle of the Pierre Spar Grand Cru Reisling and it was delicious!! Fresh, crisp and definitely dry, as I like my dry Reislings to be. All in all, good experience and we will try them again if we are back here!

We just had dinner at Slice of Italy in Snowmass (Aspen). We ate at the bar, which is HIGHLY recommended! Our bar tenders were Shubhan and Roxanne. Shubhan is a college educated and certified mixologist, hired specifically to enhance the restaurant’s drink menu, and it is working! Here are a few of the drinks we ordered. (Wow!) Spicy guava margarita F’Train to Brooklyn (a “black Manhattan” - not as sweet as a regular Manhattan) Crème Brûlé Martini (a dessert cocktail) Our food was amazing, but we suggest you visit Slice of Italy for the drinks as well! You will not be disappointed! Hopefully Shubhan will be available to delight your tastebuds at cocktail hour.
